“Things had been pretty quiet at my office. Ever since my partner had lost his sense of speech, that is…”

stop101whiteborderMeet Sam Sloane, Private Detective (that means he detects things privately), as hetackles his most dangerous, most compelling, most farcical case yet.

Max Summers, a local horse-bookie, has disappeared. His vampish sister, Rowette, wants to uncover the truth, and calls on our intrepid hero to solve the mystery.

Join Sloane, Rowetta, his assistant Frank and a plethora of characters, red herrings and running horses in this hilarious tour-de-force of witty gags, broad slapstick and delightful puns.

The show, our first under the newly named Hambledon Productions, opened at the Riverhead Theatre, Louth on 20 April 2007 to a sell-out audience, with standing ovations at every performance. The production then went on tour to Red Lion Theatre Horncastle, Spilsby Theatre, Cleethorpes Memorial Hall, Hambledon Village Hall and the White Bear Theatre in London.
